The Role
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive bid strategies that meet clients' needs and expectations.
  • Leading and managing multiple bids of varying scale and complexity, from strategy and scheduling through to production and submission.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to shape win strategies and support client-facing initiatives.
  • Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice to enhance performance across the function.
  • Analyzing bid outcomes to improve processes and success rates.
Key Skills
  • 6+ years of experience leading bids and pursuits within a professional services environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills, with excellent influencing and relationship-building abilities.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
