We are seeking a seasoned Marketing and Bid professional to lead our Melbourne office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on sales pipeline and customer relationships

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in bid management, preferably in a professional services environment, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
