Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Bid Coordinator to lead our bid strategy. As the head of bid development, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Manage the bid process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop engaging bid graphics, including infographics, org charts, site plans, project summaries, and ECI breakdowns, to drive innovation in design concepts.
- Create clear and concise bid content aligned with corporate branding guidelines.
- Administer bid activities, including scheduling meetings, document management, and maintenance of the bid library.
- Participate in regular review sessions to identify risks or concerns throughout the bid process.
- Ensure submission accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing bids for construction or architecture projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced graphic design skills.
- A proven track record of managing multiple bid projects successfully.
