Account Manager Role

As someone keen to build a work schedule that best suits you and your customers, you will be given ownership of your own portfolio of customer accounts and have the chance to create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building long-term, profitable relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding their needs.
  • Creating a detailed schedule to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace and providing high-level customer consultations using technical knowledge.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to record interactions and track progress, ensuring accurate data management.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture would be highly beneficial for this role.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing positions, where you have developed effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, motivated, and eager to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, planning, and prioritization, to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools, such as Salesforce, and collaborating with various departments to achieve common objectives.
  • Experience in the Construction industry or related fields would be advantageous for this position.
