Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies to grow the business. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role requires regular interaction with potential clients and partners to promote Telelink's telecommunications and IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development skills
- Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Knowledge of Telecommunications and IT solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
