We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Business Relationship Manager from a retail banking background.

Key responsibilities include maintaining effective working relationships with sales teams, ensuring seamless settlement processing for customers nationwide.

A strong relationship builder will be expected to maintain strong relationships within the team and across business units, including government partners, customers, solicitors and advisors.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs, delivering professional customer service.

They will be proactive in dealing with exceptions and escalated issues, working with risk partners and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the business and customers.

Flexible work options, including a hybrid model of minimum 60% on-site attendance, are available.
