Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Seller Success Team as an integral member. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to business partners, engage with the team, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
This is a full-time role working 38 hours across shifts between 8am to 6pm. We offer a flexible approach to work that gives you the flexibility to work at home or in the office depending on your needs.
">Key Responsibilities- Helping the business operationally by engaging with business partners and managing client queries.
- Building business relationships through a customer-centric approach and delivering exceptional service and support.
- Liaising closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and achieve required outcomes.
You must be a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders.
