Job Description

This role involves:

  • Managing teams and delivering projects and programs in the clean energy and transmission sector;
  • Providing leadership at market, client, technical, and team development levels;
  • Leveraging established relationships with state, national, and international clients;
  • Advising on complex projects across the clean energy and transmission sector;
  • Pursuing and responding to government-style tenders;
  • Achieving business growth in the provision of services and market share;
  • Engaging at industry level to represent the business and brand building.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 20+ years of relevant industry experience in the energy and transmission sector;
  • A recognised degree qualification in project management, engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management;
  • An electrical technical background; experience working in the clean energy & transmission sector; and a proven track record in successfully delivering major projects and programs;
  • A broad understanding of the electricity value chain from generation, through grid, and into supply;
  • Regulatory and permitting requirements and industry trends;
  • Australian experience with an established network within the power & transmission industry supply chain.
