Salary
The remuneration for this position includes an hourly rate of $32.79 to $35.63, with potential for casual loading based on eligibility. In addition, there are opportunities for generous entitlements and benefits, which may include the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentives while on deployment.

Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Australia's largest health system by joining the statewide workforce pool known as 'CRU', the Central Resource Unit (CRU). As an Enrolled Nurse in CRU, you will provide person-centred care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, in various hospital and facility settings, collaborating with individuals and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of health settings when deployed to locations across NSW Health, which can vary from two to thirteen weeks to support short-term staffing needs.

This role also provides paid travel and accommodation arrangements under NSW Health's travel policy, organised by the CRU management team. You may be eligible for the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme during your deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (Ahpra) as an Enrolled Nurse. A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team, knowledge of patient safety, quality, and risk, and contribution to organisational quality and safety initiatives are essential skills required for this position.

A valid driver's licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW, including overnight stays in regional/remote areas, is also necessary. These deployments will comprise the majority of your time in this role.
