Counselor Role in NSW Police Force

The NSW Police Force's Workforce Safety, People and Capability Command is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee wellbeing and managing the risk of psychological harm through the provision of short-term solution-focused counselling, wellbeing services and educational programs to NSW Police Force employees.
Located across the Western Region, this role will provide support in implementing relevant policies and procedures, delivering training programs, developing proactive and preventative interventions and advising Commanders on the effectiveness of these provisions in their Regions. If you have a passion for improving mental health outcomes and a strong understanding of police operations, we encourage you to apply.
