About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in a statewide workforce pool known as the Central Resource Unit (CRU). As a CRU Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various hospital and facility settings across New South Wales, collaborating with individuals and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver person-centered nursing care in a variety of settings, working collaboratively with individuals and healthcare teams.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development, maintaining competence and enhancing skills in line with the nursing profession's standards.
  • To travel to different locations across NSW, working in regional and remote areas, and experiencing the lifestyle benefits of these regions.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $36.39 to $51.09 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer paid travel and accommodation, access to generous entitlements and benefits, including the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements
  • CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE AUSTRALIAN HEALTH PRACTITIONERS REGULATION AGENCY (AHPPR) AS A REGISTERED NURSE
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING NURSING CARE IN A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM ENVIRONMENT
  • ABILITY TO SUPERVISE, DELEGATE, AND NEGOTIATE WITH OTHERS TO DELIVER QUALITY NURSING CARE
  • RECENT CLINICAL EXPERIENCE AS A REGISTERED NURSE IN YOUR SPECIALTY
  • CURRENT DRIVERS' LICENCE WITH CAPACITY AND WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL TO NSW HEALTH BUSINESS AND SERVICE LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT NSW
