We are seeking a key relationship builder to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through the upselling and cross-selling of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • You will own and grow key customer relationships, providing responsive and solutions-focused support that aligns with their goals and business strategy.
  • You will lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring outcomes that benefit both the customer and us.
  • You will develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's business goals and challenges, leveraging our suite of services (e.g., internet, cloud, voice, network).
  • You will maintain accurate records of account activity and provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • You will stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in account management with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution delivery, ideally within the telecommunications or IT sector.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for managing customer interactions, tracking renewal opportunities, and coordinating service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Experience handling escalations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve resolution.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
