**Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer First philosophy based in a dynamic team environment. This role is critical within our broader Customer Service Excellence Team.

This position requires delivering exceptional service to customers and the market, responsible for providing counter sales support to meet internal and external customer needs. Responding to sales inquiries, quoting customers, liaising with other departments to source products to meet customer requirements. No day will ever be the same.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Build engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process customer quotes, orders and manage end-to-end customer relationships
  • Attend to branch administrative tasks, reconciling daily banking, preparation of test certificates, filing and archiving
  • Ensure timely actioning of customer requests within allocated timeframes
  • Take ownership of continuing and cultivating customer relationships
  • As part of a small team, may be required to assist in other areas of the business

**To Be Successful, You Will Have:**

  • Sales and customer service experience with ability to work unsupervised in a small team
  • Excellent oral and written communication with a proactive approach
  • Strong time management skills with solution-focused problem-solving
  • Be safety-minded and promote all things safety within the branch
  • Ability to focus on completion of allocated tasks with high attention to detail
