Mobile Lending Role

As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers who require lending products, services and advice. You will work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers, leveraging external referral networks to expand your customer base.

With extensive experience in customer-facing organisations, particularly in lending, you will possess a solid understanding of the home lending process and a pipeline of contacts to tap into. Key skills required include:

  • Proven sales and business development experience
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask, prioritizing effectively
  • Personal resilience, negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Self-motivation and ambition as a key team player
