An Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within existing and new accounts across a geographically dispersed territory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relationship skills, market acumen, and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive market share through strategic customer utilization assessments and targeted expansion efforts.
  • Develop and implement solutions to streamline customer workflows and identify new revenue streams.
  • Leverage business acumen to identify key business levers and build compelling value propositions.
  • Design and deliver product demonstrations and training presentations tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain optimal account call frequencies to foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy and plan for local hospitals and IDN accounts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, or 2 years of medical sales experience, or 1 year of sales experience plus 1 year of infection prevention industry experience.
