Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Land Coordinator to support our land strategy and secure lands for future renewable energy projects. The role will involve working closely with Land Advisors to maintain accurate records of contract documents, track key dates and milestones, and coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial support, knowledge of WA land tenure classifications, and high capability in using databases and systems to manage information. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to capture and present information on land rights and interests.

  • Develop project coordination tools, including logs of stakeholder engagement.
  • Capture and present information on land rights and interests, including land access agreements.
  • Carry out due diligence enquiries and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate Governance and Compliance checks.
Qualifications and Experience

Required skills include:

  • Experience in commercial support.
  • Knowledge of WA land tenure classifications.
  • Experience as a para-legal.
  • High capability in using databases and systems to manage information.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
