Job Title: Land Strategy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Strategy Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of our land strategy, working closely with various stakeholders to secure lands for future renewable energy projects.

About the Role:

  • Support the development and implementation of our land acquisition plans, ensuring effective coordination with key teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documents and track key dates, milestones, renewals, and compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination, including Legal, Commercial, Native Title, Project Approvals, Environment, Heritage, and project controls teams.
  • Develop and maintain project coordination tools, including logs of stakeholder engagement and other relevant project management tools.
  • Conduct due diligence enquiries on properties and prepare reports outlining findings.
  • Coordinate governance and compliance checks with the Legal team.
  • Plan meetings and organize project logistics and travel requirements for the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of WA land tenure classifications and their application.
  • Experience as a para-legal or equivalent.
  • Highly developed skills in using databases and systems to manage information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels and functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
