About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a highly skilled Personalisation & Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the development of our retail brand personalisation strategy and execute it into the campaign planning process. This role will also oversee the various consumer loyalty programs within the Bunnings warehouse retail ecosystem.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of identity-driven marketing at scale. Your expertise will drive customer lifetime value by delivering more relevant customer communications and data-driven marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the collaborative development of annual go-to-market and trading plans for existing loyalty programs
  • Work with Data and Analytics and the Insights Team to establish and maintain analytics and reporting to ensure planned activities meet performance objectives
  • Initiate new campaigns aimed at driving acquisition and retention of Flybuys members shopping at Bunnings
  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional with a strong background in direct and one-to-one marketing, digital ecosystems, loyalty programs, and digital product development. You will have a broad knowledge of all marketing channels and campaign measurement, as well as excellent leadership skills with management and team development experience.

You will be highly skilled at liaising with all levels of the organisation, building trusted relationships, and understanding stakeholder needs. Your previous experience in marketing, including experience in digital product development, loyalty, or direct marketing, will set you up for success in understanding outputs from customer research and insights and turning them into actionable customer and marketing plans.
