About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a highly skilled Personalisation and Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the development of our retail brand personalisation strategy and execute it into the campaign planning process. This role will also oversee the various consumer loyalty programs within the Bunnings warehouse retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual go-to-market and trading plans for existing loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics and the Insights Team to establish and maintain analytics and reporting to ensure planned activities meet performance objectives
  • Initiate new campaigns to drive acquisition and retention of Flybuys members shopping at Bunnings
  • Drive customer lifetime value by delivering more relevant customer communications and data-driven marketing methods
Requirements
  • Significant demonstrated experience in direct and one-to-one marketing
  • Expert understanding of digital ecosystems, loyalty programs, and digital product development
  • Broad knowledge of all marketing channels and campaign measurement
  • Experienced retail marketer with solid understanding of brand management
  • Outstanding ability to work in a matrix structure and highly adept at fostering collaborative working
  • Excellent leadership skills with management and team development experience
