Culture Amp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Security Assurance and Governance to lead the development and implementation of our security framework and information security management system (ISMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems, as well as maintaining the trust of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive security framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and maintenance of our ISMS, ensuring it is aligned with our security framework and meets the needs of our business.
- Oversee the security education and awareness program, ensuring all employees understand their role in maintaining the security and integrity of our data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and develop strategies to improve our security posture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure their security and trust needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and advise the business on the implications and opportunities for Culture Amp.
- Proven experience in security assurance and governance, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of security and privacy controls, and their current state at Culture Amp.
- Experience with security frameworks, such as SOC2 and ISO27001, and a willingness to develop expertise in emerging technologies.
- A strong track record of success in security assurance and governance, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective security frameworks and ISMS.
