Security Assurance Director

Culture Amp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Assurance Director to lead the development and implementation of our security framework and information security management system (ISMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, data, and customers' information.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive security framework that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of our ISMS, including the development of policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide guidance on how to mitigate risks.
- Proven experience in security assurance, with a strong understanding of security frameworks and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Experience with security awareness and training programs, with a focus on educating employees on security best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
