The Position:
We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Professional to join our Sydney office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Australia, focusing on retention, cross-selling and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Resolve complex client issues efficiently
- Deliver compelling sales presentations
- Represent the company at industry events
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3-4 years of client-facing experience in a similar capacity
- Proven sales and customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
A typical week involves 25+ client calls, 4 meetings and collaboration with the Business Development Team to drive growth and performance. As a brand ambassador, you will increase exposure and build industry relationships to grow market share.
