Building Strong Client Relationships

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Management Analyst to support our sales and market efforts in the financial institutional channel. The successful candidate will work closely with our institutional Relationship Managers to pursue and maintain relationships with clients and prospects in Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client satisfaction, provide accurate and swift responses to client requests, and ensure efficient problem resolution, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct research for relationship managers in preparation of client engagement opportunities.
- Assist portfolio specialists in developing strategy presentations for new and existing clients.
- Conduct strategic research and market intelligence to support business planning for the institutional team.
- Collaborate with shared services teams to draft materials for requests for proposal, client pitches, and other sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in analytical roles within the investment industry.
- Direct buy-side experience supporting institutional/distribution client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong service orientation, reliability, consistency, and proactivity.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
