We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Business Development Executive to lead our Technical Staffing Services business in the Australian and PNG region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client growth and talent development.

Job Responsibilities:

You will oversee all aspects of client relationships, including identifying future talent needs and building a pipeline of skilled labor. You will work closely with clients to forecast and plan for future projects, ensuring effective applicant tracking and database management.

Additionally, you will develop new client relationships in accordance with company strategies, delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also support Australian contracts by coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require senior recruitment experience (5+ years) with expertise in placing on-hire, contract, and permanent personnel. You will have a strong understanding of client requirements to promote services.

You will possess excellent relationship-building skills, experience in global recruitment and mobilization of personnel, and familiarity with staffing regulations in Australia.
