About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to support our New Business team as a Key Business Development Professional. This role will help identify opportunities, execute state campaigns, and deliver exceptional care and support to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build pipelines of new business opportunities for execution and conversion
  • Create, execute, and lead sales campaigns to uncover and capture new business
  • Execute state-based activities and programs as required
  • Drive utilisation and return on investment as needed
  • Build and maintain key relationships with decision makers and stakeholders
About You
  • Bachelor level in Marketing or Business preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Tech-savvy with competent skills on multiple platforms including MS Excel
  • Able to build trust and influence key stakeholders effectively
  • Collaborative team player with a disciplined approach to planning and prioritisation
