This role involves expanding the company’s presence in Australia, New Zealand & SE Asia territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Development Executive to drive new equipment sales and rental agreements with foundation drilling contractors, general contractors, and rental partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key industry players, identifying new market opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

The job involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation to deal closure, as well as coordinating with engineering and service teams to deliver custom drilling solutions.

The selected candidate will represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client demonstrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (heavy equipment, drilling, piling, or related industries is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
