Senior Associate - Construction and Infrastructure

Role Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of construction law within a reputable firm or a sophisticated in-house setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate various construction-related documentation.
  • Provide expert advice and manage construction disputes, including adjudications.
  • Oversee litigation processes primarily in supreme courts and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives and foster client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues to enhance the quality of legal advice provided.
  • Contribute to the firm's learning and development initiatives in the area of construction law.
  • Share knowledge and resources, including legal precedents, to support the team.
