The Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Construction & Infrastructure team in our Sydney office. In this role, you will work closely with our industry-leading Partner to draft and negotiate construction procurement documents and building contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 5-7+ years' experience in construction law or a well-regarded litigation practice
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Practical and client-focused problem-solving and research skills
  • Sound technical legal ability and a genuine interest in working in the construction and infrastructure sector
  • A professional, commercially astute, and proactive approach to matter management
  • Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously
  • Conscientious and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
