About the Team

Our Construction, Projects & Infrastructure team, comprising seven partners with expertise in construction contracts, insurance, and litigation, serves builders, contractors, principals, sub-contractors, developers, suppliers, and construction insurers across Australia. This team includes some of the most esteemed construction lawyers in the country, engaged in pivotal infrastructure projects throughout the region.

With a strong national reputation, our team is recognized as one of the leading legal practices addressing construction and engineering challenges. Five of our partners have been acknowledged in the Construction and Infrastructure Law category in Best Lawyers in Australia.

About the Position

We are in search of a Senior Associate with substantial back-end construction experience to support the team on significant matters across Australia. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of post-admission experience in a wide array of substantial construction disputes, demonstrating a solid legal understanding of key principles pertinent to this practice area.

Exceptional analytical abilities, clear and concise writing skills, and the capacity to meet stringent deadlines are essential. A passion for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service and advice is crucial.
