Senior Associate - Construction Law

This role offers the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. We value strong expertise in both areas, and candidates with a robust background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating various construction agreements
- Advising on and managing construction-related disputes, including adjudications
- Leading litigation efforts primarily in higher courts and arbitration settings, both domestically and internationally
- Actively participating in business development and client engagement initiatives
- Mentoring colleagues to enhance their ability to provide high-quality legal advice through training and collaborative discussions
- Contributing to the firm's learning and development initiatives in your area of expertise
- Sharing knowledge and resources, including precedents, to benefit the team
