Senior Associate - Construction and Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are in search of a Senior Associate to enhance our Construction and Infrastructure team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. Candidates with robust experience in both domains will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements
  • Advising on and managing construction disputes, including adjudications
  • Overseeing litigation processes primarily in the supreme court and various arbitration forums, both domestically and internationally
  • Actively participating in business development and fostering client relationships
  • Mentoring colleagues to enhance their capacity to deliver high-quality legal services through on-the-job training and collaborative meetings
  • Contributing to the firm's learning and development initiatives in the area of expertise
  • Sharing knowledge and resources, including legal precedents
