About the Team
Our Construction, Projects & Infrastructure team, comprising seven partners with expertise in construction contracts, insurance, and litigation, serves builders, contractors, principals, sub-contractors, developers, suppliers, and construction insurers across Australia. This team is recognized for its exceptional construction lawyers, who are engaged in some of the most significant infrastructure initiatives in the region.
With a strong national reputation, our team is esteemed as one of the leading legal practices addressing construction and engineering challenges. Five of our partners have been acknowledged in the 2023 Edition of Best Lawyers in Australia for their work in Construction and Infrastructure Law.
About the Position
We are in search of a Senior Associate with substantial back-end construction experience to support the team on major matters throughout Australia. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of post-admission experience in handling a diverse range of significant construction disputes and will demonstrate a solid understanding of key legal principles pertinent to this field.
Exceptional analytical abilities, clear and concise writing skills, and the capacity to meet stringent deadlines are essential. A passion for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service and advice is crucial.
