Job Title: Facilities Director

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Facilities Director to lead our site operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing our vendors, and overseeing maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of vendors and service providers to deliver exceptional service to our employees
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work to maintain a safe and well-functioning work environment
  • Plan, execute, and manage relocations, renovations, and refurbishments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and oversee the facility's budget, controlling expenses and providing timely spending reports
  • Manage vendor performance, oversee purchase orders, and maintain an accurate inventory of fixed and leased assets
  • Oversee fleet contracts and manage vehicle inventory, addressing employee concerns effectively

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of facilities management, people management, and asset management experience
  • SAP experience
  • Strong project management skills and financial acumen
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and leadership skills
