Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne-based role

  • Lead a large team to deliver Facilities Management Services across the Distribution Centres nationally
  • Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Outstanding Stakeholder Management
  • Strategic direction, leadership, financial and operational management of all Distribution Centres nationally
  • Create & foster an environment that puts the Customer 1st and actively uses stakeholder feedback
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Manage risk, site safety, legislative and operational compliance
  • Challenge the status quo with positive intent and adhere to the Woolworths Core Values
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar senior leadership role ideally in a distribution centre, supply chain, manufacturing, or multi-site environment
  • Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning and large scale budget P&L experience
  • Proven coaching and leading transformational change and business initiatives across a geographically dispersed team
  • Understanding of compliance requirements with relevant acts, Australian Standards and statutory provisions
