As an HR Administration Officer, you will provide administrative and support services for the Human Resources Director and HR Business Partners. This includes records management, team document maintenance, and routine transactions.

This role offers a chance to be part of a rapidly growing team supporting the Courts across NSW and Law Reform & Legal Services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Safety & Wellbeing Team to ensure compliance and process safety notifications
  • Maintaining team documents and digital spaces
  • Monitoring and responding to team queries
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events
  • Providing general support for the team

We are looking for an experienced HR Administration Officer with:

  • A strong background in Human Resources administration, particularly in a large organisation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, EDRMS, and Case Management systems

In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for training and development, flexible work arrangements, and health and wellbeing programs.
