Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of superannuation, investing, and product knowledge, as well as empathy and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing an internal voice and external ear.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Nurture relationships to lead to long-term advocates for our company.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in B2C customer support, customer success, or similar roles serving customer communities.
  • Experience with customer support systems and online chat enquiries.
  • Experience in financial services, specifically super fund support or ETFs, investments, stocks, and trading.
  • RG146 accreditation is highly desirable.
