Based in Bayswater, Victoria, we're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Sales team.

Trend Windows & Doors is a leading Australian window manufacturer with a reputation for quality, innovation, and design. Our company has been shaping the industry for over 50 years, with a portfolio of iconic brands including Corinthian Doors, Stegbar Windows & Doors, Aneeta Window Systems, Regency Shower Screens & Robes, and more.

In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Your daily tasks will involve scheduling appointments, processing sales orders, generating energy rating reports, and responding promptly to customer inquiries. You'll also troubleshoot any issues that may arise, contributing directly to the success of the Sales team and enhancing the customer experience.

To succeed in this position, you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to commit to a full-time role Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
