About our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Service Support team as a Service Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating installation schedules, ensuring timely delivery of our products to customers.

As a Service Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with enquiries regarding service dates. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing service schedules and revising lead times daily
  • Contacting customers to confirm scheduled installations
  • Preparing service paperwork
  • Providing after-sales support and managing service issues and warranty claims
  • Supporting the After Sales Support Coordinator

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience, competent administration skills, and highly developed interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of our customers.
