About the Opportunity

As a valued member of our Bayswater branch team, you will collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service while providing administrative support. Your typical day will involve scheduling appointments, processing sales orders, generating energy reports, responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, and resolving any arising issues efficiently.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service and administrative skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. As a well-organised and detail-focused individual, you will thrive in this role by utilising your effective time management and interpersonal skills to provide an exceptional experience for customers.

You will have:

  • previous exposure or the ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP system
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • excellent attention to detail
  • a strong work ethic and commitment to working full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

About the Remuneration Package

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary package, estimated at $60,000-$70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
