Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical assistance and support to assessors within the Farm and Machinery space.
- Ensure all assessors are updated on the latest technologies and developments within the Agri-Sector.
- Manage and update the Farm and Machinery Policy and Procedure Manual for assessing purposes.
- Identify training requirements and facilitate training programs in the Farm and Machinery space.
- Complete daily allocation of assessing runs.
- Contribute to monthly assessor meetings within the assessing division.
- Assist the leadership team with internal and external enquiries.
- Complete motor vehicle assessments as required within the business unit.
- Monitor and maintain productivity levels in line with company philosophies.
- Assist the leadership team in communicating and updating client and company requirements to all assessors.
- Assist with the recruitment of assessors.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry or Agri-Sector.
- Strong leadership skills and high motivation.
- A proven ability to lead and manage people.
- Solid understanding of on-farm equipment and the people who drive the industry.
- Industry trade qualification – preferably in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical or Electronics.
- Experience in the workings and servicing/repair process on tractors, harvesters, chaser bins, header fronts, irrigation systems, and spraying equipment.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- National Australian Police Check and willingness to obtain.
