About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Motor Assessor to join our team, who will leverage their expertise in panel beating, spray painting, or the mechanical trade to meticulously assess vehicle damage. As a key member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring cost-effective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end motor claims, conducting assessments and overseeing repairs.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate cost estimations and safe repair recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Improve customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to help your peers and contribute to team success.
  • Enjoy and promote a high-performance culture within the organisation.
What You Bring:
  • Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years post-trade experience.
  • Experience in estimating vehicle repairs.
  • Body shop management experience.
  • Delivery front-end customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
