Talent Acquisition Professional


We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner across our Technology portfolio. This is a fixed-term opportunity available for 10 months due to secondment. Our offices are located close to public transport in the CBD and offer hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities will include sourcing new business contracts, partnering with key stakeholders, collaborating extensively with external agencies, and maintaining relationships to source top talent in the Australian market.

To be successful in this role, you will have 4-5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, a strong background in Tech/IT recruitment, and a proven ability to influence key decision makers and build relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be able to work under pressure and at a fast pace, and possess a pragmatic, professional and diplomatic communication style.
