Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment processes for legal roles and early career programs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and providing guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, and offers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in in-house recruitment with expertise in end-to-end processes.
  • Strong track record in delivering best practice recruitment while navigating policies and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement with a keen eye for detail.
