We are seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will form strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to identify and attract top talent for our technology portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new business contract, fixed-term, and interim recruitment requirements across various industries.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet our client's needs.
  • Negotiating with external agencies to secure the best available talent in the Australian market.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, preferably in tech/IT.
  • Established relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • A results-driven approach, with the capacity to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
