The role of Senior Event Production Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for the successful management of high-profile events and conferences. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless event execution, exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Lead event production teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, aligning with American Express Global Business Travel's standards.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute tailored event solutions, meeting or exceeding client objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and ROI alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights for future event strategies.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as event management, hospitality, or marketing.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event production, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Certifications like CMP or SMMC are highly valued but not required.
