Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Consultant to join our team at ABN Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service to help them achieve their dream of home ownership through our knockdown rebuild services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into new home sale contracts.
- Guide clients through the complexities of the knockdown rebuild process, including planning approvals, building permits, and compliance.
- Develop and present tailored home and land packages to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data to inform business decisions.
- Continuously learn about new products, land availability, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Proven track record in home sales with a passion for knockdown rebuild projects.
- Experience in planning approvals, building permits, and ResCode compliance.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and project management capabilities to ensure seamless project execution.
