About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic Victorian Sales team, North Region – Mickleham. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will work from premium and well-located display homes, alongside a thriving and supportive internal team. Your direct manager will empower you to deliver the sales process and exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Burbank with exclusive sales services and achieve set monthly sales targets
• Generate and manage leads, utilizing the CRM system proactively
• Assist customers in finding their perfect home design
• Network and build rapport with land developers, agents, and other stakeholders
• Manage and maintain allocated display homes in a professional and responsible manner
• Manage the opening and closing of allocated display homes

About You:
We are looking for a sales professional with previous experience in a fast-paced sales role. While construction knowledge is advantageous, it is not necessary. You must be passionate about customers and delivering exceptional service, be reliable and self-motivated, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and hold a current driver's license. Additionally, you must uphold and demonstrate Burbank's company values.
