Clinical Governance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Governance Operations Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our Risk, Governance and Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of clinical governance activities across our ADF Health Services Contract.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical governance requirements and promote a culture of quality, risk, and patient safety.
- Lead team governance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations.
- Develop and implement clinical governance procedures and policies, including the clinical governance plan.
- Coordinate enhancements to key governance systems to drive efficiency and quality improvement.
- Undertake detailed analysis and reporting of data obtained from clinical governance activities.
- Health Professional or allied health practitioner with extensive experience in Clinical Governance, Quality, and Risk Management.
- Post Graduate qualifications or working towards in Quality Management, Health Administration, Clinical Governance, or similar.
- Demonstrated capacity to support and lead quality and compliance functions.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning/thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
