Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on clinical credentialing and promote a culture of compliance with quality, clinical risk, and patient safety guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals and act as a proactive process change leader to ensure the integrity of all credentialing systems.
- Business Alignment: Ensure business alignment and adherence to industry standards and requirements within our clinical governance, risk management, and compliance framework.
- Quality Assurance: Lead governance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations.
- Global Oversight: Ensure oversight and implementation of all Global and Asia Pacific Market Unit Clinical Governance related policies.
- Health Professional: You will be a Health Professional/allied health practitioner with extensive experience in Clinical Governance, Quality and Risk Management.
- Post Graduate Qualifications: Post Graduate qualifications or working towards i.e., Quality Management, Health Administration, Clinical Governance or similar will be highly desirable.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated capacity to support and lead quality and compliance function, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders.
- Security Clearance: This is a Security Cleared Position. The occupant must be an Australian Citizen and must be eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance.
