Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to our teams on clinical governance requirements, promoting a culture of quality, risk management, and patient safety.
- Team Governance and Quality Assurance: Lead and manage team governance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations, workload balancing, and clinical governance.
- Clinical Governance Procedures and Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain key clinical governance procedures and policies, including the clinical governance plan, and coordinate clinical support to our service delivery teams.
- System Enhancements and Data Analysis: Coordinate enhancements to key governance systems, including data analysis and reporting, to drive insights into quality improvement activities and contribute to internal and external reports.
- Business Alignment and Compliance: Ensure business alignment and adherence to industry standards and requirements within our clinical governance, risk management, and compliance framework.
- Health Professional Experience: Possess extensive experience in clinical governance, quality, and risk management.
- Post Graduate Qualifications: Hold post-graduate qualifications or be working towards them in quality management, health administration, clinical governance, or a similar field.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to support and lead quality and compliance functions, build and refine service delivery and clinical governance processes, and develop and implement frameworks to drive outcomes.
- Security Clearance: Be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance.
